The tour to Dubai with travel dates of September 3 – 11, 2018, took a different dimension in such that participants were lodged in a 2 Bedroom Apartment at Lotus Downtown Metro Hotel Apartment in Diera, for much more convenience in choice of menu desired by participants and also offering our usual style of a “home away from home” setting for relaxation. The hotel apartment has a 4Star rating and is close to Union Metro, with easy accessibility to various tour places via Dubai Metro.

The participants started off on the second day with a guided half day Dubai City Tour, while moving around in a fully air-conditioned luxurious bus, with the Arab Guide giving a detailed and interesting commentary on the history of Dubai and the famous places in Dubai, incorporating a brief stopover in all these places for people to take photographs and catch a glimpse of the environment, while learning more about the places. These are: Heritage Village, Jumeira Beach, Burj Al Arab, Palm Island, Dubai Marina, Dubai Mall, Dubai Museum, ShkZayed Road, Zaabeel Palace, Shindagah Palace, Grand Mosque, Madinat Jumeira, Atalantis Resort, BurjKhalifa, Emirates Towers, and Trade Center.

The next day was a short rest in the apartment, and a brief shopping at the popular Al Sabkha Road Market in Diera, with the participants connecting the market by Dubai Metro line to stop at Palm Diera for their shopping.

The itinerary also featured interesting programs such as the Desert Safari with BBQ Buffet Dinner, Sand Boarding, Belly Dancing Show, Dune Bashing, Tannoura Show, Arabic Tea / coffee, Sunset Photographs, Arabic Customs and soft drinks.

Part of the program on the itinerary was Dhow Cruise, connecting with a romantic ambience while cruising and dinning at the Dubai Creek, with the provision of International Buffet Dinner, 2 hours nonstop cruising, with welcome drink, tea and coffee, soft drinks, and background music.

Also on the program was ample time for general shopping and sightseeing at the Mall of Emirate.
